Personal data we process

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or services are not intended to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip containing numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Dutch Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

How we secure personal data

The organization takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
